BVD MUSEUM
The project of the BVD museum is the result of the architectural and urban planning.
BVD is the contraction of the French word "boulevard": the central volume is similar to a long boulevard, both for its dimensions and for its function.
People can walk along or stay and talk with other people, in a sense of continuity between inside and outside.
The central boulevard connects, formally and functionally, the other volums of the museum.
The project is based on pure and essential lines.

A FOLD OF ART
The theme of the course is the concept of folding.
The folding is the central point for the project: the fold of the ground shapes a space where contemporary art is exposed.
The space seems to disappear if you look the surface of the ground.
It is just a fold of the ground, a fold of art.

OPEN FRAME
Open Frame is an urban project developped for an area of Brescia.
In order to separate figuratively and visually two zones, the buildings are imagined as an open frame which connects but at the same time divides.
The project is based on various reasonings and studies of the area in question.
